Delete Account

Delete inside the app

Open FotoCalorias, go to Settings, then choose Delete account. Confirm the prompt to delete your account data from the app database and sign out.

Request deletion on the web

If you cannot access the app, email us from the address linked to your account and request deletion.

What gets deleted

• Account profile, authentication-linked app profile data, and app preferences.
• Meals, saved food records, food analysis history tied to your account, and custom foods.
• Water logs, workout logs, weight logs, body measurements, goals, and progress records.
• Saved meal images and other uploaded user content where technically tied to your account.

What may be retained

We may retain limited records when required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or app store purchase obligations. We may also keep aggregated or anonymized information that no longer identifies you.

Timing

In-app deletion starts immediately. Web deletion requests are reviewed after identity verification and are normally completed within 30 days unless a longer retention period is legally required.
